Job description
- Responsible for managing and reviewing project design drawings for projects developed by the company•
- Investigation and survey on design plans, drawings or images of other competitive projects
- To negotiate and have meeting regarding the design with partner companies.
- Preparation of feasibility study and design scheme for design review
- Supervise site works to ensure that the construction is conducted as planed
- Other duties assigned by General Director and Design Director.
Requirements
- Age: 28-35
- Bachelor’s degree in University
- At least 5 years of experience working in design
- Be fluent in multiple programming languages such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, CAD, Sketch-up, 3Ds Max
- Communicate and present in English or Japanese
- Professional, serious, cooperative, respectful working style.
- Enthusiastic, proactive and responsible sense of work
- Understanding of contemporary design trends and contemporary furniture brands
- Have a great creativity and good sense with the newest market’s trend.
